About Your Presenter
Your session presenter is Don Blohowiak, a former successful corporate executive (for Fortune-500s, high-tech start-ups and not-for-profits) in four time zones.
Don is the author of several management books and the founder of the Lead Well® Institute, a leadership development and executive coaching firm that works with executive teams and individuals to improve their performance.
A certified coach, credentialed by the International Coach Federation, Don Blohowiak earned a graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Since 2006, Don has been at work on his PhD, focusing his research on developing methods and tools to improve human motivation, communication, and action.
